VETART goes International: Ausstellung in Belgrad!

Dear ladies and gentlemen!

It is a great honor for me as chairman and the artists from Austria to meet with Serbian artists in this famous house! We are all veterinarians, who have an additional profession: We are artists!

We have to thank for this possibility to exhibit here in the famous House of the Serbian Army, and Prof. Ivan Nastasijevic, who laid us the way to Belgrade, as he is an engaged veterinarian in the Chamber here in Belgrade, furthermore working international and also interested in contemporary arts!

We - the so called VETART-Kunstforum - are a club of 60 veterinarians from Austria (i.e. 2% of active vets), coming from all regions and disciplines, who started in 2013 with the first exhibition, some of them in closed cooperation with veterinary symposias.  

Today we have the first group-exhibition abroad with our Serbian collegues, where we want to meet us personally, build bridges for the future and make our art more public.

As you know, we are syn-aestethists - in the one hand we work hard in our profession and make modern art beside. We can think this together in the same time from different perspectives and connect both in our two parts of the brain in its best way. This is a very high creativity and let us stay more resilient in our daily work.

You can see nine artists from Austria: Friederike Hilbert, Markus Kasper, Sabine Kofler-Michaelis, Erich Schopf, Günter Schwarz, Elisabeth Wagner, Martin Wagner, Peter Wagner and Tanja Wurz!
